Kinesiology tape is an elastic cotton tape with an adhesive backing that you stick to the skin. It stretches lengthways so it moves with you. People use it for a feeling of support and stability during sport, training and everyday activity. It's the same type of tape sold in sports shops and by high-street retailers.

97% cotton and 3% elastane, woven with a wave texture, with an acrylic adhesive applied in a wave pattern. The backing is white paper printed with a 5 cm grid to help you measure.

Yes. Both the tape and the adhesive are latex-free.

Usually 3 to 5 days, depending on where it's applied, how active you are and how it was applied. Rounded corners, unstretched ends and rubbing the tape after application all help it last.

Yes. The tape is water-resistant and breathable. It will get wet but dries on the skin. Pat it dry with a towel rather than rubbing.

Remove it slowly in the direction of hair growth while holding the skin with your other hand. Doing it in the shower or applying a little oil first makes it easier and more comfortable.

Many people with sensitive skin use it without any problem, but everyone is different. Test a small strip on your forearm for a day before a full application. If the skin becomes red or itchy, take the tape off. Don't apply to broken or irritated skin.

5 cm is the standard width and works for most areas. The 7.5 cm wide roll is useful for larger areas such as the lower back and thigh, where one strip covers more skin. Pre-cut 25 cm strips are the quickest option when you don't want to measure or cut.

The Starter Kit has one roll (your choice of colour), tape scissors and the A5 printed application guide. The Three-Roll Kit has one roll of each colour, scissors and the guide. The Six-Roll Bundle has two rolls of each colour, scissors and the guide.

Yes. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened tape can only be returned if it's faulty. See our Returns page for details.

No. It's a sports and everyday support accessory, the same kind of tape sold in sports shops. It isn't a treatment and we don't make health claims. If you have a health concern, speak to a professional.
