How to apply
- Start with clean, dry skin — no cream or oil — about 30 minutes before activity.
- Measure with the grid on the backing, cut to length and round the corners.
- Lay the first 5 cm with no stretch, then apply light to medium stretch through the middle of the strip.
- Finish the last 5 cm with no stretch and rub the tape for 20–30 seconds.
Step-by-step guides by area: knee, shoulder, wrist, lower back, ankle, shin, neck.
Good to know
- Don't apply to broken or irritated skin.
- If the skin becomes red or itchy, take the tape off.
- Before the first full application, test a small strip on your forearm for a day.
